Buying Process

Doing business with Camino Coin is very easy!
You have three ways to buy: Online, in person, or on the phone.

To place an order, simply call the office for a current quote and to receive a contract number.
Once you receive a contract number, we guarantee the price and you guarantee payment.

Online

• Our online shopping cart is live 24/7.
• All prices refresh and are based on current, up-to-the-minute, market values.
• All prices are indications until you confirm your order in the checkout process
  and guarantee the order with a credit card.
  Once you receive the confirmation number on the thank you page prices are locked in.
  If the market changes, you will still get your coins at that price.
• Select the quantity and types of coins and/or bars you want to purchase.
• Click the checkout button, enter your information or login if you are already registered previously.
• Select delivery mode: in person or ship
• Select payment method you will use to pay for the order.
• Enter a credit card number to guarantee the order. It will be authorized for 10% of the order total.
• Review your order. Look for notices on the confirmation page about delivery times.
• Accept the terms and conditions after reviewing them and then click the "Place Order"
• The confirmation page will load with your Sales Order number. You will also receive an email with
  the confirmation along with any other payment instructions if needed.

On the Phone

• Our traders do not work on commission.
• All prices are based on current, up-to-the-minute, market values.
• All prices are indications until you receive an order number.
  Once you receive an order number, prices are locked in.
  If the market changes, you will still get your coins at that price.

In Person

• Our traders do not work on commission.
• All prices are based on current, up-to-the-minute, market values.
• Our staff will show you different coins and explain the gold market basics
  and answer any questions you may have for us.
• When you have decided on what and how much metal you want, Camino
  staff will give you an up to the minute price and sell you the coins or bars.

Other Information

• We accept all forms of payment (cash, check, wire transfer, cashier's check,)
  Credit cards require additional checks and do not qualify for discounts.
• We hold all forms of payment, except wire transfers, a minimum of 5 business days.
• We ship everything via USPS Registered Mail, fully insured.
• The following is the list of shipping fees:
  Orders under $10,000– $30 Shipping & Insurance
  Orders over $20,000 – Free Shipping & Insurance
  We will contact you within 24 hours of shipping with your tracking numbers.
  A signature is required upon delivery.
